We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services at no extra cost.

Our courier will attempt pick-up twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to our company address. Please note that the availability of reverse pick-up service depends on your area’s pin code.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive a coupon code within 5 working days from the day of the return pickup, sent to your registered email address or contact number.

When returning your product(s), please ensure they are in the same condition as when they were shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or those clearly worn.

Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. Please note that refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code equivalent to the order value, which is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Please be aware that shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
