Refund & Return Policy

At Mannat Fragrances, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Returns are not applicable for items that fall under:
- Perishable goods
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., opened Itr bottles, roll-ons, sprays)
- Customized or limited-edition items

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent directly to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or phone.

If approved, instead of a cash refund, you will receive an exclusive discount coupon of the equivalent amount.
This coupon will have no expiry date and can be redeemed on any future purchase.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the return is accepted.

International Orders

We accept returns only for the product value.
Shipping charges for international returns are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
Once the parcel leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any additional international shipping issues.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are received damaged or defective.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during return or exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
